  • Sleep and wake up at the same time daily so that your brain trained subconsciously to get ready for waking at your desired time.
  • Use an alarm clock and be sure not to hit snooze button.
  • Keep the alarm clock far from the bed so that you get up from bed to turn it off.
  • You can use 2 or more alarm clocks and set them at different timing.
  • Avoid consumption of tea, coffee and alcohol at evening as they can affect sleeping pattern.
  • Don’t exercise (3 hours before) as well as use computer (2 Hours before) bed time.
  • Use good mattress & pillow and a sleeping eye shade.
  • Sleep earlier and get at least 8 hours sleep.
